Amazon Pinpointのサポートは2026年10月30日をもって終了します。
新規顧客の受付は2025年5月20日から停止されますが、既存顧客は終了日までは引き続き利用可能です。
エンゲージメント機能（キャンペーン、分析など）を利用している場合、Amazon Connect Customerなど代替ソリューションへの移行が推奨されています。
一方、メッセージングチャネルはAWS End User Messagingとして継続利用でき、メール送信機能はAmazon SESへの移行が必要です。
ユーザーは自身のワークロード特性に基づき、適切な移行パスを選択することが求められます。
