EU委員会は、AI法第50条に基づく特定のAIシステムの透明性義務の実施ガイドライン草案を発表しました。
このガイドラインは、管轄当局、AIシステムの提供者、導入者が義務を統一的かつ効果的に遵守できるよう支援することを目的としています。
これは、AI生成コンテンツのマーキング・ラベリングに関する行動規範と並行して作成されました。
ガイドラインは、法的義務の適用範囲を明確化し、既存の行動規範ではカバーされていなかった側面に具体的に対処します。

These guidelines aim to be practical guidance to assist competent authorities, as well as providers and deployers of AI systems, in ensuring compliance with the transparency obligations under Article 50 AI Act in a consistent, effective and uniform manner.
The Commission prepared these guidelines in parallel to the Code of Practice on marking and labelling of AI-generated content. The guidelines clarify the scope of the legal obligations and addressing aspects not covered by the code.
