RND synthは、cyma formaとBambounouが共同開発した、演奏を停止し「聴く」ことから始める新しい音響生成ツールです。
このデバイスは、単一のボタンを押すだけで、最大4つの楽器がそれぞれ異なるランダムなシーケンスで演奏される、完全に自動化された音楽的アイデアを生み出します。
生成されるアイデアは8種類のシンセシスエンジン（減算、FM、アブソーブなど）を活用し、40億という膨大なバリエーションを持ちながら、一度しか存在しないユニークな音です。
さらに、USB-Cによる4トラックオーディオ出力や、MIDIによる複雑なシーケンスの外部制御機能も搭載されており、インスピレーションをトレードオフする革新的な装置となっています。

RND synth is a collaboration between cyma forma and french artist Bambounou, built around a single idea: stop playing, start listening.each musical idea is made of up to four instruments that can live together.each one draws from one of eight synthesis engines and runs its own random musical sequence.every time the button is pressed, all of the many parameters across all features are set to random values, giving birth to a synthesized idea that only exists until the next press of the button.not presets, not samples, but an infinite source of sounds.
